Here at matrix fitness club we offer fitness boxing as an alternative means of losing body fat and changing the way you look and feel. Professional boxers could arguably be the best conditioned and well built of any professional athletes and our program is based on their training methods.

Fitness boxing is a great way to get your heart rate up, burn calories, reduce stress, and having fun while you get in amazing shape. This is fitness boxing so you don’t have to worry about getting punched but what you will be hitting is heavy bags, speed bags, upper cut bags and also do a variety of conditioning drills. All this under the supervision of a champion boxer.
