ABSolute Body Fusion

This class will have you utilizing elements from strength training, power Yoga and Pilates that will strengthen and lengthen your physique.

Arsenal Total Body Conditioning

Intensive total body conditioning workout utilizing various exercise modalities such as agility, speed drills, plyometrics, explosive weight training and balance. Prepare to work hardcore. You WILL get sweaty and dirty, and you will love it! Your body will thank you for it.

Extreme Body Rush

This is a one hour total body workout that will challenge and change your body. Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing and intense strength training will all be incorporated for a challenging workout.

Fusion Bellydance

Fusion Belly-dance incorporates the traditional Egyptian style with American Tribal fusion belly dance. The beginning of class has a yoga inspired warm-up, including meditation for relaxation, followed by strong dance preparation. Focus on drilling isolation's, traveling steps, extension, posture, and presentation. Props may also be included. Instructor will bring veils when they will be covered,but it is encouraged to bring your own, so you can practice at home.

Get on the Ball

An intense total body muscle conditioning class utilizing free weights and the physioball to perform a variety of strengthening exercises focusing specifically on the core muscles for stability. This class is excellent for toning lower body, upper body and abdominals.

Indoor cycling

Innovative , effective and motivating Indoor Cycling Expereince( I.C.E) Classes are designed to increase endurance, raise energy levels and burn up to 800 calories per class while increasing your metabolism **All participants must sign in at the front desk 30 minutes prior to a class and pick up a TICKET. No reserving spaces on the phone or for another member. Must be present to sign up for the class**

Kick Boxing Conditioning

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Muay Thai, Karate, boxing, and Taekwondo. This empowering workout will unleash your inner fighter with jump rope, calisthenics, and focus mitt work. The core of this workout will gear toward sharpening your striking skills by teaching you how to accurately deliver devastating kicks, punches, elbows and knees. Supported by driving music and a World Champion Muay Thai fighter, Steve, you will burn calories, build confidence, and mold you body with this superior cardio fitness workout! Just picture it … a chiseled body and strong mind!

Metabolic Madness

This class is packed with intense fun, fat burning & heart blasting workouts; incorporating suicide running, plyometrics, jump rope, weights, and abdominal conditioning for a total body workout in a Flash!!!

Pilates Mat

This is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination. Pilates increases circulation helps to sculpt a lean firm body and strengthen the body's core. The Pilates mat program follows a set sequence, with exercise flowing from one another in a natural progression. Beginners start with basic exercises and build up to include addition exercises and more advanced positioning.

Total Body Workout

Alternate between powerfull cardio moves that keep you sweating and weight lifting for strong and toned body. Class ends with abdominal and back exercises,followed by stretching to increase flexibility

What The Plank!

30 SOLID minutes of pure abdominal work. Work the upper and lower abs to exhaustion and tighten up that mid-section.

Yoga

Traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques are taught in these basic yoga classes. All Fitness level Participants are encouraged to attend.

Zumba

This is a fitness based dance class that fuses Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. It encompasses 45 minutes of calorie-burning, body-energizing, and awe-inspiring movements. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast rhythms, slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
