BUILT 2.0 is a high-powered total body conditioning class for both men and women. 10 total body strengthening and conditioning exercises performed with handheld weights, in a circuit for 10-12 reps. The circuit is repeated 2 times. The exercises are designed to challenge your strength, stability, agility, flexibility and balance and target multiple muscle groups with minimal rest intervals. The intense workload facilitates a metabolic effect that continues to burn fat and calories long after the workout is finished. Afterwards enjoy the confidence that comes with being BUILT!

BARRE FUSION/BARRE BELLE: a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines such as Yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Class incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work.

CYCLE is an innovative and motivating riding experience. Our cycle classes are led by a team of high-energy nationally certified cycle instructors, in our cycle studio which boasts a booming sound system, and Lance Armstrong Cycles. Classes are designed to increase endurance, raise energy levels, and burn up to 800 calories in a fun, non-intimidating environment. CYCLE 45 indicates 45min ride.

30 STRONG (H.I.I.T.) 30 minutes of high intensity interval body weight training -20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds rest. Hate cardio? This class will have you dripping in sweat.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: a class experience that uses a combination of high energy punches and dynamic body bar strikes mimicking techniques done with a martial arts bo staff, and strength training exercises. This class challenges every aspect of fitness (cardiovascular, strength, endurance and explosive movement) and develops an energetic sense of well-being, while reducing body fat and developing lean muscle.

YOGA -a discipline which includes breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific bodily postures widely practiced for health, balance, flexibility and relaxation.

YOGA IMMERSION – Allowing more time for students to immerse themselves in their yoga practice our instructors focus on a topic or yogic discipline. This class is 75 mins in length.

ZUMBA is a fitness based dance class that fuses Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves. A class full of calorie-burning, energizing, sexy Latin, world dance and athletic moves. ZUMBA is a fun workout for men and women who love to groove. ZUMBA EXPRESS is a 45 min class.
