30 CYCLE –30 mins of body weight strength training followed by 30 minutes of cycling.

30 STRONG -30 minutes of high intensity body weight training -20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds rest. You will be dripping in sweat.

ARSENAL T.B.C. is a total body-conditioning class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body fast! Using lightweight barbells, dumbbells and resistance bands for high-repetition exercises that burn fat, getting you stronger and quickly transforming your body. This high energy motivating class is enjoyed by beginners and advanced trainees.

BUILT! is a high-powered total body conditioning class. Class begins with a dynamic sports-conditioning warm-up followed by yoga-inspired stretches to prepare muscles for optimal movement expression. Strength and conditioning exercises are mixed with intermittent explosive cardio and plyometric drills to improve overall strength, and cardiovascular fitness. The intense workload facilitates a metabolic effect that continues to burn fat and calories long after the workout is finished.  Class promotes agility, improved posture, physical strength and endurance, and the confidence that comes with being BUILT!

CYCLE is an innovative and motivating riding experience. Our cycle classes are led by a team of high-energy nationally certified cycle instructors, in our cycle studio that boasts a booming sound system, and LiveStrong Cycles. Classes are designed to increase endurance, raise energy levels, and burn up to 800 calories in a fun, non-intimidating environment. All participants must sign up at the front desk, and get a ticket before class. No call in reservations. You must be physically present to sign up. Sign-up sheet is available 30mins before classes.

DRILL IT! A One Stop Body Shock class! You will find yourself immediately locked into this high intensity workout that combines easy, yet effective cardiovascular routines interlaced with weights, and resistance work.  It's a combination that tunes up your entire body requiring a little elbow grease.

RIPPED is a total body sculpting class, using light weights and high repetitions that keeps your body moving. Burn calories, build muscular endurance and create a lean sculpted physique. This easy to follow class will help define your upper body, while developing strong, lean legs, glutes and a tight core.

YOGA - connecting the mind, body and spirit through a flowing series of yoga poses.Focus on breathing, increased flexibility, balance, core strength, creating a focused mind and stress reduction.

YOGA IMMERSION – Allowing more time for students to immerse themselves in their yoga practice our instructors focus on a topic or yogic discipline.

ZUMBA is a fitness based dance class that fuses Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves. One hour of calorie-burning, energizing, sexy Latin moves. ZUMBA is a fun workout for men and women who love to groove.

ZUMBA TONING mixes the party atmosphere of Zumba with light weights for the extra focus of sculpting and toning.
