We also understand that most people feel as though all clubs are the same - they all have exercise equipment, all have locker rooms. Basically, their decision is based upon a spur of the moment impulse that they just have to join a gym now and go to the most convenient club.

Unfortunately, it's only after they've joined that they see there are many differences including: There's virtually no where to park, the club is filthy, the equipment is always broken, you have to wait 45 minutes to use a treadmill and of course - The staff is just plain nasty!

While Matrix has more than enough free parking, is completely immaculate, has perfectly maintained equipment and no time limits or waiting for equipment, we feel the biggest difference between us and "them" is: Our staff!
