I love sports and have been involved with athletics and fitness my entire life. The human body can do a lot of amazing things and not realizing or even knowing what your body is capable of is very regrettable. As a trainer, I try to not only help others achieve their goals, but to also show them what they are truly capable of. Whether it be weight-loss, rehabilitation, or bodybuilding; the moments people accomplish things they’ve never imagined or pictured themselves doing are what drives me and keeps me passionate about my profession.
