WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A YOGA CLASS AT MATRIX FITNESS CLUB?
Our expert Yoga instructors have developed specialty yoga classes that combine a variety of yoga modalities. We combine techniques from Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Power Yoga. The classes are total mind-body workouts including strengthening, flexibility and restorative poses along with deep breathing and relaxation.
