Matrix Fitness Club’s senior Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Director, Group Fitness Instructor and Healing Arts Practitioner, Luz Milagros Arpino, has added to her skill set a license in massage therapy. 

Massage therapy is probably the most studied, non-drug modality that provides benefit for so many conditions that it seems inexplicable that it is not added to anyone’s calendar on a regular basis. No longer is massage considered a luxury, but a much needed tool for improving your physical and mental functioning to get the best out of your workouts. Unlike a spa treatment, our massage therapist Luz does not offer a one size fits all menu. Spas usually have assorted prices for Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, etc.  Luz understands that your shoulders may need cupping, your hamstrings may need deep tissue, your neck may need stretching and tension release, but your feet might just need pampering. She may employ a variety of techniques in one session and there is no extra charge for your personal prescription.
