Training Session Guidelines

·         Wipe your designated equipment before and after your session.

·         Wear masks at all times.

·         Keep 6ft distance from fellow members.

·         Hand sanitizing and cleaning stations throughout the club for members to use before and after each use of equipment or station.

Semi – Private Training | Faster Results in Less Time

Here at Matrix Fitness Club we have created a strong support team to encourage each member to reach their goals in the most effective way. Semi-private training is one of our most popular programs because it is extremely fun yet challenging. Here at Matrix we know how difficult it is to be motivated and semi –private training is the most effective and quickest way to get results faster. Our coaches will guide you every step of the way, providing you with the best program and most updated techniques to get results. Our Semi-private program offers you a strong fitness community to motivate and encourage you to do your best, building camaraderie to make this process exciting while being part of our Matrix fit family.

What is Semi-private Training?

Our training groups consist of only 2-6 people, which allows for more individualized attention to each member of the group. Being part of a team will keep each member motivated with a sense of accountability, pushing each other and committing to be the best version of yourself. Our coaches will provide a killer workout with our extensive array of equipment (including Kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, sandbags, ladders, sleds, and barbells). By using our 40-yard long turf areas, our coaches are able to cater to each member’s fitness needs. Coaches lead dynamic, fun and effective workouts to ensure you are evolving and consistently reaching milestones in the quest of attaining your fitness goals. We ensure each member is engaged while working together as a team.

Why is this program the right fit?

If you are looking to reduce your body fat percentage, increase stamina and tone up; or if you are looking to increase your total body strength to live a healthier lifestyle, this is the right program for you. We teach various methods, beginning with a dynamic warm-up to help prevent injuries and prepare your body. Next, we coach you through appropriate strength exercises in combination with a variety of metabolic exercises to keep you in a constant fat burning zone.

What to Expect?

Our Semi-private training is designed for all fitness levels. For beginners, who are unfamiliar with training modalities and want to learn proper form and technique, our coaches will walk you through every step of the way, quickly transitioning you to our intermediate groups. In our intermediate groups coaches will focus on getting you out of your comfort zone and breaking your training plateau. You will learn new training techniques and modalities to really see what your body is capable of. For our most advanced members, our coaches will push you to our limits to develop the athlete within. Focusing directly on your specific goal, whether that is to compete, race or look your absolute best, we will create a specific program to get you there. Whichever fitness level you are currently, we will get you to where you want to be.

Does Semi-private training suit my schedule and my budget?

We understand how hectic your schedule can be and the challenges you face trying to fit your training in each week. This is why our Semi-private training groups span a full schedule from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so you’ll never have to skip a workout. The best part of Semi-private training is that you share the cost of training with your group, making it affordable for everyone to experience the fastest results!
